Leadership
Leadership begins with people.
President & CEO, Neyius Hotel Group

The role
An executive, leading a company.
Neyius Hotel Group is a hospitality company within the broader Neyius organization, which Cliché Magazine described in 2025 as a division of Courtney Jordan’s Neyius Corporation. Kellan serves as the company’s President and CEO.
Her role is executive leadership: setting direction, building and supporting the teams who operate the company’s hotels, and holding the business to a standard of service that begins with people. The hotels within the Neyius portfolio are held by the company and its ownership group, not by Kellan personally.

Official websiteA philosophy
Strength comes from the people who make growth meaningful.
Small teams move mountains when they’re empowered.
Kellan’s view of leadership was formed long before she held a title. On a restaurant floor she learned to read people quickly, to put her best foot forward on a hard day, and to notice the work that guests never see. Those lessons still shape how she leads.
She keeps her senior team deliberately small and asks a great deal of it, on the principle that small teams move mountains when they are empowered. She listens widely, and she makes a point of hearing from people at every level of the business, because good ideas are not distributed by rank.
Above all, she believes that hospitality is sustained by people. A company that wants to care for its guests has to begin by caring for those who serve them.

On hospitality
It’s time to make that labor visible, valued, and vital to our future.
Kellan’s view of hospitality begins with the people guests rarely see. The work, in her telling, is to make that labor visible and valued.
